Personality: Brainwashed by Shadowloo, Cammy is an assassin, their very best. She is completely loyal to M. Bison and will follow his orders unquestionably. During combat, her speech is very much like a machine's. However for the purposes of her mission in Ergheiz, she will act sociable and try to befriend as many of the students and faculty there as she can in order to learn more about their worlds and any other noteworthy information. However, unknown to Shadowloo, the methods used to brainwash Cammy were yet to be perfected at the time they were used on her. Though they still have control of her mind, it won't be too long before that very control begins to face away..

Kidnapped as young girl by Bison's Shadowloo organization, she was used as a guinea pig in their many super soldier experiments by being subjected to all kinds of torturous procedures. Fortunately for her, the experiments were successful and Cammy's DNA ended up being modified, giving her super-human strength, speed, healing, etc. After this, she was brainwashed and trained. They essentially turned her into the "perfect soldier". Her skill and loyalty towards Shadowloo and Bison was so great that she quickly became his most trusted servant.
Hearing about Ergheiz, Bison is intrigued it's promise and sends Cammy to infiltrate the institution with the hopes that she'll be able to tell him all about the students and teachers who reside there with the ultimate goal of learning all sorts of new information to use for Shadowloo.
